ALFRED NII ALLOTEY PEREGRINO-SOLOMON is the CEO and Founder of The ALPERSOL GROUP LTD (TAG Ltd), a successful Media and Human Resources (Talent Acquisition/Recruiting) Consultant. He merges his professional experience into the subsidiaries of the business to bring solutions to many corporate or industry specific human capital needs.

Alfred has over 20 plus years of experience in both the Media and Human Resources Talent Acquistion,Training and Consulting. As a result of his behind the scenes excellent managerial, supervisory and consulting acumen, Alfred is a very much sought after Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruiter. Over the past two decades, Alfred has consulted with small – to large-scale businesses, including Town Shoes Limited in Canada, ECCO LLC North America and Denmark, Collective Brands (Stride Rite & Payless ShoeSource), Seven Hills Foundation and the Commonwealth Of Massachusetts.

Alfred utilizes his knowledge of the Media and HR acquired through his many years of consulting and practice to create an effective communication blog that focuses on innovative Human Resources trends and advises many other sectors of the economy through cultural, political and grassroot media services. As the CEO, he has put together a great and talented group of people – who have bought into the company culture of  The Alpersol Group Ltd and its subsidiaries, thus creating a diverse team of professionals with great insight into the business operations of the group.

Alfred’s academic qualifications include; a Masters in Business Administration (Human Resources), Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies, Certificate in Human Resources and E-Commerce as well as Diploma in Journalism with over 20+ years experience in the media both as a broadcast journalist and media consultant. Alfie as he is affectionately called is an alumni of Boston University, Fitchburg State University, Holyoke Comm. College and the Ghana Institute of Journalism.

MATILDA TETTEY the Chief Operating Officer of TAG Ltd oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. She has helped to implement the company’s strategic vision and driven growth, through her meticulous overseeing of daily operations. Through her meticulous implementation of company strategies, she has ensured that all departments are aligned with the company’s vision and goals.

Her excellent skillset of strong leadership and management is leveled through leading and motivating our TAG Ltd teams. Matilda’s analytical problem-solving skills, communication and  interpersonal skills are also effectively utilized through building relationships, collaborating with teams, and presenting information to stakeholders.

Matilda draws highly on her in-depth industry knowledge that helps our company’s operations and overall success rate. She is an accomplished communications professional with extensive expertise in public relations, journalism, and strategic communication. With a career spanning over two decades, she has demonstrated exceptional skill in managing information dissemination, fostering strong relationships with media houses, and crafting impactful communication strategies to enhance public awareness of government programs and initiatives.

As the head of Public Relations Unit at the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, She leads her team in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies. She oversees daily activities, supervises the production of publicity materials, and organizes local and international conferences to amplify the Ministry’s impact. Her role demands innovative PR campaign planning, adept management of stakeholder relations, and the preparation of press releases, speeches, and annual reports to highlight Ghana’s progress and achievements.

Matilda’s dedication to professional excellence is supported by a strong academic foundation. She holds a Master of Arts in Development Communication from the Ghana Institute of Journalism and an HND in Development Journalism from the India Institute of Mass Communication. She has also completed specialized training in media relations, digital communication, and leadership, enhancing her ability to navigate modern communication landscapes effectively.

With experience across various ministries, including Education, Tourism, and Gender, Children, and Social Protection, Matilda has cultivated a robust understanding of public sector communication. She combines her passion for storytelling with strategic insight to advance national development goals.

Outside of work, Matilda is an avid reader, movie enthusiast, and nature lover. Her commitment to fostering transparency and trust through communication continues to position her as a leader in Ghana’s information and public relations sector.

DARLING MAAME EFUA CANN in charge of all Strategic PR & Communications teams. Darling has been leading impactful campaigns that elevate our brand visibility and drive consumer engagements. Darlings’ dynamic role combines creativity and strategic thinking to deliver standout PR initiatives. Also very instrumental in shaping The Alpersol Group Ltd (TAG Ltd’s) voice through strategic public relations, media outreach, and disruptive brand activations, ensuring our story resonates with audiences and stakeholders alike. From orchestrating high-profile events, such as new and innovative HR breakthroughs, Breaking News to managing relationships with key media and influencers. Importantly, Darling has handled consistent and impactful messaging across these two dynamic areas of our business.

Darling is a highly accomplished Public Relations and Development Communications strategist with extensive experience in shaping public discourse, policy advocacy, and institutional branding. With a career spanning over 15 years, she has played a pivotal role in designing and executing high-impact communication strategies for government ministries, international organizations, and private sector entities.

As the Deputy Head of Public Relations at the Ministry of Local Government, Decentralisation, Religious Affairs, Darling spearheads strategic communication initiatives, media engagement, and stakeholder relations a role she combines expertly with her function at TAG Ltd. She has developed and implemented comprehensive PR campaigns, crisis communication frameworks, and digital media strategies that have significantly enhanced public engagement and policy visibility. Her expertise in crafting compelling narratives has positioned her as a key player in national and international policy communications.

Her diverse professional journey includes impactful roles at the Ministries of Health, Sanitation and Water Resources, and Education, where she provided expert communication leadership, managed media relations, and facilitated public awareness campaigns. She has been instrumental in the execution of major projects, including the Ghana Urban Mobility and Accessibility Project (GUMAP), the Ghana Secondary Cities Support Programme (GSCSP), and the Gulf of Guinea Northern Regions Social Cohesion (SOCO) Project, contributing to policy implementation and public sector reforms.

Darling holds a Master of Science in Development Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Development Communication at the African University College of Communications (AUCC). She is a member of the Institute of Public Relations (IPR), Women in Public Relations (WIPR) Ghana, and Climate Communications and Local Governance (CCLG-Africa).

An adept speaker, trainer, and consultant, She has facilitated strategic communication training for senior government officials and consulted for organizations such as Beyond Burns International and the Global African Heritage Foundation. Her dedication to transparency, social impact, and public engagement continues to drive her mission of fostering effective communication for development.

Stephanie creates content, monitors and analyzes performance, as well as engages with users across multiple platforms to establish a strong digital presence for the company. She also oversees the company’s marketing strategy, leveraging social media to drive revenue. Stephanie manages the brand’s online reputation and monitors customer sentiment across all social media channels.

MARQUITA FOX  is an editorial management and contributing editor with TAG MEDIA SERVICES. She is a journalist with over 20 years experience in the media. Also an astute journalist with the eyes for relevant news – wherever it can be found. An award winning journalist who has covered issues from all sectors of the economy.

As contributing editor and member of the editorial board, Marquita brings the great and versatile wealth of media knowledge into the editorial boardroom of TAG MEDIA. She has covered diverse media issues from health, lifestyle and social issues and very relevant current affairs as well as fashion related news stories. A versatile professional, she writes for all age demographics.

She holds a Diploma in Journalism, BSc in Human Resource Management and an MA in Media Management. She consistently networks with business peers to remain current on industry trends and events. She has an eye for content development and is a great visionary when it comes to mentoring young journalists too.
